I began a fitness plan and started to google information. When google pulled up some links, bodybuilding came up and the story begins there :)

This site has provided so much information and I've only utilized a very small portion of this site so far! The fountain of knowledge and information that is provided along with the motivation is phenomenal ! I love working out because I love being strong, I love the feeling of confidence it gives me and I find it help balances life out ! I love the results! Must say the results keep me coming back every day!
