my story
when i was young i started swimming and was a of young olmpians i won many medals mostly gold hence why today im a lifeguard but anyways i looked up to my grandad who loved boxing and so did aprox age 5 and i want to be the next big thing in boxing but shortly after my grandad died before we could start on our road to success shortly after he died i eat more food im not sure if it was comfort eating or not but what i didnt know it was gonna take me down a road were i did want to go down. after many year of this i gained a lot of fat approx age 11 i dicided to start playing rugby which i was quiet good at because of my size after a couple of years playing rugby i lost alot of fat and that had a massive inpact on mY performance so i stop playing rugby i didnt gain anymore fat after i stopped approx age 14 , at this moment in my life i had just started high school and juring my high school years i started playing football in my games lessons and people around me would say you played well today and that inspired me to strive to get better in sports not long after i started this new "motivation" i began playing badminton and i got really good really quick and people around me were saying you'v got thinner and i was also asked to play for a club i lost loads of weight about after year playing badminton not long after i lost alot of my weight i had to start college and that was were i made a vowe to my selft no matter what illnes, injury, girlfriend, family, id never stop training and thats when i heard i could workout in the gym for FREE it was a massive step for me and iv never looked back since, only to check my progress iv now been at college for a 1 year 7months and iv lost a massive amount of weight during this time. i still play badminton and i have took up tennis along with gym 3 days a week i never want to stop doing this, that is why of last year i started a fitness courses to help those who were in my position and change there life forever as well as get some gains along the way
iv always loved sports and theres nothing better then being the best at something, i love seeing the changes to my body and knowing what im doing is good for me in the long run. i also want to be the best at bodybuilding anything bellow the no1 is not good enough thats why is not an option to loss !!!!
