I joined the Army in 1995 and have always needed to be lean and mean. In 2003 I hit a low spot in my life where I ate too much and was threatened to be processed out of the Army for being overweight and having too much body fat. I was not happy at home and was going through a divorce. Once I was able to get over that I started to work out on a consistent base. Well old man time has started to set his eyes on me and I need some help with motivation. My friends are not even close to where I am physically and I feel fat and out of shape so this should help me out a lot.
It gives me release and I get instant gratification from it. On top of that I feel great afterwards and am able to keep up with family. It meets a lot of my needs. Also being healthy is something I promised myself back in 2003 but have not attained it. Need to do that and meet that ongoing life goal.
