I started with wrestling in high school, but didn't get into it until graduate school, when I needed a break from studying.
To do list: Get BF below 10% and BMI below 25 (they are the same weight. heh). 1000 lb club 20 pull ups consecutively - DONE Run for 45 min @ 8 mph Get back into Krav Maga Adventure race Try the ninja warrior stuff Your mom
Why I Love it
I do a lot of brainy stuff and I like being able to turn off my brain, rock out to some heavy metal, and lift weights. I like to be fit and to like the way I look.
