Always loved playing sport from a young age. Mainly played football until I started college in 2011. Where I took part in a wide range of sports and started going to the college gym. I predominantly focussed on cardio and bodyweight exercises, as I was happy staying fit and lean.
More recently since starting full time work I have become interested in all aspects of fitness and body building/transformation. I don't get chance to play much sport anymore but I have started back in the gym using the one provided by my work. I cycle to work everyday which keeps me in shape, and I am now looking to build muscle, gain weight whilst staying ripped.
I love working out because it allows me to escape the pressures of day to day life. When I work out my mind is at ease and fully focused on what I am doing, this allows me to relax and release stress.
I also like to see the progress I've made from being able to lift heavier, run faster for longer and seeing my body in excellent condition.
