I have always been on the slender side, even after the birth of my children my weight remained around 135 lbs. I am pretty active and go to the gym in phases...I started running as a form of exercise but found that it didn't do much to tone up my thighs (my trouble zone). I never had to watch what I ate and consumed way to much sugar and bad carbs (probably the real reason my thighs weren't toned!)

I have always admired women with athletic/muscular physiques but never thought I could develop a body like that because I felt it wasn't in my genetic make up.

I finally decided that I was going to get into the best shape ever...to become healthier and stronger than ever and see what results I can achieve.

I LOVE the way I feel after I have put in a good workout...I feel like I have accomplished something :-)
