I got started working out because after my 2nd baby I went for some routine labs and found out I had liver disease. I was told it was simply from being overweight and to lose some pounds. I also have suffered from high blood pressure since the end of my first pregnancy (3yrs ago) and am just tired of taking the medications- it's not necessary and I know only I can change things. I want to be healthy not only for myself but for my two beautiful boys and the rest of my family that wants me to be around as long as possible. Since my start of working out/bodybuilding I have gotten rid of my anxiety and depression issues, which I've had for almost 15yrs, And I have managed to ward off liver disease. Now I'm working on getting this high blood pressure under control all while doing what I love. I wish I would have tried this out a long time ago. I love body building :)
