I was always a cardio class junkie, home video gal since my mid-teens and through college. After college, I completed P90x and was the strongest I had been at that point, but not satisfied. I found an AMAZING personal trainer in 2009 who completely changed my life over the next few years! Now I'm taking everything he taught me, with some help on the side from a new trainer, BB.com, and getting my nutrition in gear to get back into the best shape of my life.
The rush. If there is anything in this world that I can control, it's what I put into and do to my body. It's looking down and seeing sweat drops on the ground. It's looking in the mirror and feeling good about the person standing there. It's meeting, even exceeding, a goal that you set for yourself.
