I have been an athlete my whole life. I realized after 2 massive knee injuries and on to my career that I needed a challenge and I needed to feel the edge of competion again. Weight training was exactly what I needed to help me keep that edge.

I love how I feel and I love to inspire people in my life. In just a few short months I realized that I do want to compete in a figure competion. I have no idea how to get there but with the help of this site I know I will find the inspiration I need to accomplish my goal.
