I weighed 195 lbs and my doctor told me I was on the edge of being obese (I thought he was exaggerating). So I did what every red blooded American would do - I ignored him! So it wasn't unt I found that I couldn't walk up two flights of stairs that I figured out something needed to change. So I started working out on the elliptical I had at home (collecting dust). First for 20 minutes - which almost killed me. Then for 30 minutes. Then my sister invited me to join a gym with her and I've been going ever since! Even after she stopped going! I'm hooked 😜😜

I've lost about 60 lbs! And love seeing the positive changes in my body! That's my daily motivation. It's that simple.
