When little I always looked my dad working out every day and in my youth he was a motivation for me. I try to start working out but always quit in less than a month. I never was committed and as soon I start lifting I listened people saying lifting is not for womens, womens looks ugly with muscles, you will look like a man. So I always stopped because I did not have motivation at all. Then I meet the reason of my life and the best present of God; my husband. He is a bodybuilding guy so he motivates me and I started working out again in 2011( 24 years) and now I realize all the ignorance of the people that stereo type and says lifting is not for womens. Being in shape is being Healthy. Do what you love no matter what people say!
I train my body Because I love my body. It change my life. I realized how much I can pushed to get the things done and how big is a Dream and make it happens. I like how I look, I'm healthy, I'm Strong. .My best keeps getting better and I'm not slowing down.
