I have always been really active my whole life but it started when I was a freshman in high school when I did Beachbody. It went well but I needed something harder so I got a gym membership at planet junior year and I thought I knew what I was doing but turns out I did not. So time went on and in January of 2018 I got a membership at LA Fitness and I then became obsessed. I started researching and one of the things I researched was becoming gluten free like the kardashians. I was feeling bad about myself so I went gluten free for about 3 months because I thought it would make the process go faster well boy I was right. It did not turn out good though I acme so obsessed with it that I went down to 103.8 lbs from being an unhealthy 119. When I say unhealthy I would have a protein shake then wait all the way till dinner to gorge myself if it was the weekend or I would eat all bad food but I was so active that it did not make me gain so much weight because of all the sports I did. As I was saying the gluten free sent me into having multiple doctor visits and having an abnormal kidney failure and I was scared. But now I am on bodybuilding and not gluten free and I have never felt any better. I started built by science to gain muscle and now I can happily say I weigh 113lbs today and I feel great.
