I've always been interested in my health and fitness. My step mom is a pro triathlete and has really motivated me to make fitness a way of life instead of a hobby. My boyfriend has really gotten me into lifting so I've been doing much more with weights and it's had been very fun. Currently, I do constant research on my nutrition and learning new workouts/perfecting my form.

I love feeling confident and I love how a fit body looks. There's nothing like someone who looks healthy and powerful. I've always wanted to have that body and what a better time than now!
