I started lifting when i was about 14 to get stronger for archery, in which i use to compete, i trained on and off for years with strength and size goals in mind. Upon recently coming across Arnold Schwarzeneggars book "the encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding" i have decided to knuckle down and start training hard.

It makes me bigger, stronger, i feel better and it just makes me happy :-).
