I actually started working out in middle school, but my family were completely against it. When college came along, I finally had the opportunity to lift weights. I was doing light lifting and long running in freshman and sophomore year. Now that I'm in my junior year, I have been lifting more. I absolutely love it!

I love bodybuilding/working out because of the numerous and various benefits it has towards my mental, physical, and emotional health. I do it for many purposes.
