I did bodybuilding for three years before leaving it due to a back injury which i sustained during playing cricket. in this accident my lumber bone was fractured so i had to leave bodybuilding but i have still got that muscle mass and broad physique. now i have again started bodybuilding but due to nature of job i am not able to go to gym so i do exercise at my home only with dumb bells, barbells and push ups hope to get that muscular look very soon, the result are already showing.
It's my passion and it gives you strength not only muscular but mental also. it keeps you confident and grows a positive attitude inside you. it's something i wanted to do since i was a child and it had helped me a lot in overcoming my demerits and the time when i was very low due to situations in my life and has made me a stronger person both from inside and outside.
