I have lifted weights and ran on and off through the years. I have always loved exercise. As a mom of 4 my dedication to my body had dwindled and I am inspired to get to my best self ever - physically, mentally and spiritually. I have been doing Zumba and am an instructor, for the past 7 months. It is great and now I feel geared and ready to add weights to really take my body to the next level. I am also a health coach for nutrition and Alternative medicine, all about living a natural healthy lifestyle. Back to implementing exercise into my regular program
I love being healthy and the state of mind I am in when I am taking care of myself. I feel I can give so much more to others. I love the challenge and seeing my body change and grow as well as my mental fitness change and grow - all for the better. Our bodies are amazing and it is fun to see all that they can do!
