I started working out 4 years ago to help relieve some stress. Thought maybe cardio or zumba....never really went to a gym or classes. Found that the gym had a bootcamp class and fell in love with crossfit training and the people there. I learned to run from starting bootcamp at 5:30am with a 1 mile run every morning up a ridiculous hill and around. Went from having to stop a few times to running my first 5k 5 months later to keeping a steady 8:00 min pace. Also became stronger, leaner, endurance was higher and no workout was really the same. I loved how working out made me feel physically and mentally and surrounding myself with same minded people in fitness and health with other classes & fitness challenges. This past year our gym closed suddenly and it made us regulars orphans. Our bootcamp trainer found a smaller place where he can still train 3 days a week but no showers or convenient but we all try to keep together once a week. Since then I keep my 5:30am fitness schedule and found another womens bootcamp to go to here and there and NOW working out for my second week in the gym with machines and weights which is a big step for me because I have to stay committed to self without my fitfams push but with a planned 90min exercise routine 6 days a week. New goal: to become stronger full body then ever before. Lets see how this goes. I got this!
