Working out is an activity I have enjoyed for a long time. As long as I can change my work outs up I am good. I don't like boring work outs by no means.I do love outdoors boot camps..really fun and challenging.
Staying on track and making it a continued lifestyle is challenging once my life changes drastically or becomes too busy.
I now weigh more then I have ever weighed in my life. I got married and moved. When I was living in a area where most are very weight conscience, I wouldn't stray too far. But living in the desert, nothing much to do, either really cold or really hot, your work outs are mostly confined to a gym, which is challenging for me. So I went and joined a gym on 1/13/12. I just have to make it work. I love hiking and Boot Camps. I am accustomed to having workout options. I Haven't been able to find that nice mix here.

2/16/13 So I'm back and I am ready to do this all over again for the last time! Lifetime commitment.
I love working out because it yields wonderful results and great health benefits. I need to get rid of this hypertension I have. I am praying once I lose weight I can come off this medication. I hate drugs. If it helps in one way, it's definitely effecting another.
