I started working out when my aunt found a gym she wanted to try out. She didn't want to go at it alone, so I joined with her. It was the best decision I ever made. I love the feeling after each workout. Now, I'm working on some health and fitness certifications.

Working out has saved my life. I was diagnosed a few years back with hypertension. As of now I am no longer having to take anything due to the healthy lifestyle I have created for myself. It's been one heck of a journey.
