I had 3 kids each 2 years apart, didn't like how I was feeling or what I was reflecting back in the mirror 3 kids later, I worked out most of my life before kiddos, but had 2 high risk pregnancies which were strict bedrest, causing me to get pretty out of shape, I played softball all thru school, into my early 20's working out at the gym, and incorporating free weights, along w/ taking up running and competing in 5K's has allowed me to get my body & confidence back!!!

With 3 kids each 2 years apart...ages 6,8, and 10...it is my sanity!! I love the energy that it gives me, and I'm not going to lie...feels pretty good to be turning some heads...what girl doesn't like that feeling?!!
