I had never been in shape, then I met and married a bodybuilder. We worked out before we were married but then shortly after I got married I also got pregnant. I miscarried our first and so whn we got pregnant again I was scared to workout, even though it truly had nothing to do with my miscarrige. I gained 70lbs.I slowly lost it. Then 4 years later I had another baby and gained another 70lbs and once again was in an over weight rut. One day it just clicked. I had seen my husband do shows, I knew how to train, plus he could help me. I made up my mind and 7 months later I did my first show and looked awesome. I felt awesome too. I took first in Novice division and got Best Poser out of the Females. BUT then I got pregnant with our third daughter and this time only gained 55lbs. I have lost the 55lbs but my body is in horrible shape. I look as if I have never even worked out. I am nervous about putting my baby in a gym daycare so last June my husband bought me a home gym. Now with this challenge I am motivated to change my lifestyle once again.
