I got started when i was younger, i wrestled in middle and high school for eight years. I was in two weight training classes, and worked out on my own. I tore my ACL towards the end of my high school year. I recovered well, but was hard to get back into things. I joined the army the beginning of 2011, since than I had broke my foot, and was able to recover from that. I trained pretty hard and got into pretty good shape. I have got outta shape recently within the last 6 months do to an injury of re-fracturing my foot in June 2012. I can not wait to get started up again hopefully I do not have to much trouble with my knee pain and ankle.
Working out makes me feel great. When I have tons on my mind, it takes everything off my mind. I love being in shape and just having self control over my body and habits. It gives me a place to do something for myself, and being able to get away from things that bother me and give me time to myself.If i am stressed for some reason it allows me to clear my mind and be less irritated towards situations.
