I used to work out somewhat a few years ago because i took up an interest in boxing and i slowly drifted away from the weights, and after watching everyone around me working out and getting stronger than me i started getting tired of not being as strong as everyone else, around this time i started watching alot of UFC and that stuff made me want to get big, and its only through the UFC that Ive rediscovered my love for boxing how much it really does mean to me and how well id like to succeed in it, and thats what drove me to start working out and training on a regular basis again, this time with more heart and intensity and determination
Besides the fact that it helps me look good for the ladies and compete better in sports, it also helps me feel more complete, and alot stronger and more powerful, and theres always something to improve with! And also because I know it will help to make me a better fighter
