In high school I hated sports, hated running and tried lifting weights. I was an all time geek. When I lifted weights on and off I made no progress. This time I didn't have faith, but still tried and didn't give up. I wanted to get more in shape, and stronger, someone also suggested I lift. I also wanted a better looking body.
I see results and feel better about myself. I can do different things each time I workout and create my own workout plan. I can do so much more now and even got better at sports. Working out gives me something positive to do and its so great when people say they think I'm still 28. Bodybuilding has helped me live a healthy lifestyle and I am happy about my body! I also credit lifting with helping me become more coordinated to do sports and now I can even play football. I went from not being able to catch a football ever to catching one!
