Throughout my childhood I was always the kid that wanted to have the best six pack out of all of my friends. I always stayed in great shape, athletic, and would lift weights occasionally. I then started seeing great results in high school and would get compliments on my physique and work ethic. My freshman year of college I started slacking a bit (too much partying) I looked at myself in the mirror and was very unsatisfied. I realized what I had to do to look and feel the way I wanted to feel and from that point on I haven't looked back!
I always have been and always will be the type of person that does not settle for anything less than my best and I am always trying to found new boundaries to burst down. Bodybuilding is the perfect sport for someone of my drive and mindset. I am always pushing myself to the "limit" and beyond and love competing against myself. The lesson from being a disciplined bodybuilder does not just reflect yourself in the gym, but in life. If you are capable of pushing yourself, staying dedicated, and getting better day after day you are on the right track to creating a successful life for yourself and that is what I have found through bodybuilding. Unlike many other things you cant cheat your way out of it, because if the results will show. If you do not improve day after day, the results will show and that is why I love working out!
