originally i got started working out just to gain some muscle, then fell into a routine...then i had gotten a crazy flu,went from 220 lbs to 185 lbs.and had to start over. now, about a year ago, i was reaching 235 with good muscle, and as of january 2008, i was diognosed with kidney failure, so now, i am 175 lbs. taking steps for a getting on a transplant list, and starting, all over again.
:UPDATE : its 2018 , I received a kidney transplant 4 years ago, and now I am hoping to transform, reclaim my health, lose the excess weight and feel like me again, doing the 250kchallenge 2018 .

i love seeing the progress the body can make, so i want to do my own transformation.
