Working out is something I always thought about doing but wasn't sure it was for me. I imagined a lot of cardio and snobby people at the gym. I had been to the gym maybe 4 times in my life so I didn't know how to get started. The thought of a personal trainer was intriguing but I never met one I'd actually want to hire. Luckily I found this site and it tells you EVERY detail and I'm thankful! You can do the programs or search for so many types of workouts and the exercise to go with it. You can see the correct form for every set and read helpful comment before trying it for yourself. Awesome!
I like working out because you get into the zone and focus on what you are doing at that moment not worrying about the distractions of every day life. I like being sore the next day because you know you put in work the day before. I look forward to making it a habit and something I can't see myself doing without.
