I been an athlete all my life. I played water polo during my youth years till college. I wanted to stay in shape so I discovered a gym once I was old enough to have a membership. I began to workout with a friend having no knowledge of weight lifting. I then began to play Lacrosse in college. During my college years I weight trained and learned to play lacrosse.
This takes me back to my childhood, being raised by Mexican parents and holding on to our traditions and culture. Food was the best part which ironically had high grease and cards diet. This made me FAT, and motivated me to join water polo team. I fell in love with working out. As I grow older my Dad's friend worked out in a gym and "bodybuild". He gave me old mags of pro bodybuilder. At the time I didn't appreciate the art because I didn't understand the power, struggles, and sacrifice one must go through in order to become a bodybuilder. So then I wanted to be fit and began this long road in my fitness abilities.
