I have always loved lifted since the 8th grade when I was a wrestler. I was starting to get a good build around my 11th grade year. Then I started to get very sick and I was in bed for about 2 years lost all my gains and my scholarships for wrestling. Then I started college and I was about to start doing light activities again and I slowly worked up and just pushed through it all and after 3-4 years went from 168-197 and still lifting today training for my first show.
I love bodybuilding because its more than just being big its an art of building the best body you can. It takes dedication, inside the gym with the hard work, and outside the gym with the diet. I also love it because I over came almost losing my life from my sickness and that I can at least lift is something I live for I do not know what I would do with out weightlifting.
