I gained 30 lbs over a 6 month period just sitting around the house eating pizza hut. I got tired of feeling sluggish, moody, tired, and
just a little grouchy. It was time for a change, so i laced up my boots an was on my way!

Even though i don't have the body i want yet i feel better an more motivated to do daily tasks.
