I got into lifting when I was around 14. It turned out to be something I got really interested in and so I continued. I had a mix of injuries from about 2012 up until the end of 2018 that kept me from being able to lift as much as I wanted to.
I tried everything but none of the physical therapy helped. Then I finally found some new physical therapy in 2018 and I've been getting better and better ever since.
Why I Love it
I enjoy the workouts themselves and I also like the results. I like looking back and reflecting how a certain weight used to be way too much for me but now I could do it easily. Or just noticing muscle groups showing more size or shape.
I also like how it's easier to get through the day because day to day things are relatively light for me compared to my workouts.
