When I was younger, brother use to always talk to me about strong men and bodybuilders like Lou Ferrigno and Franco Columbu. Later, he use to call me to watch the Worlds Strongest Man competitions and really is the first person to really get me interested in lifting weights. It wasn't til later when I started seeing really strong power-lifters with the bodybuilding physiques like Mariusz Pudziankowski or vice versa with Johnnie Jackson, that I really became fascinated with the sport and decided that it was something I wanted to do.
I love working out because its a healthy way of living and one of the best habits in the world to have. I work out 6 days a week and usually train every major body part twice a week. A typical workout session for me is around 2 or 3 hours each day. Its become just a way a living and part of my daily routine, like taking a shower or brushing my teeth. lol
