After I was done with my College I was extremely motivated to start looking after my health in a better way.Thus,I started to lift as it was the best way to stay in a good health and shape.

I love lifting as, in my perspective, it is the best activity or interest a person could have.I love working out so much that before I go to sleep I am excited about the next day's workout and I feel depressed and anxious on the days I am off from the gym.
