I've always been active, my mom was a figure skater and my dad was a gymnast training for the Olympics in Ukraine, except they found out he was Jewish and kicked him off the team. I moved to America with my family when I was 5, and since we didn't speak English we all hung out together, ALOT! I do like my crazy family now and I still like to kick my dad's butt at tennis. I remember always going to the gym, about 4 years ago I was in a car accident where a guy on medication ran a red light and I couldn't walk for like almost 2 weeks, it was the worst! I looked like Charlie Sheen because of the constant bed head, and all the pain killers I was on. My motivation was to be able to snowboard again, and I accomplished that goal, moving to Colorado 2 years ago, and snowboarded 44 days that season. Now I want abs, and i'm gonna get them!
It makes me feel amazing, when you can work out, no day going into the gym ever feels like a chore. It's always so fun, I have my music, i'm like at a rave. I mouth the words to songs and if i'm into it i'll throw my hands up. I love it. I also live in a place without sun so it's so dangerous not to be at peak health and not have my body creating it's own healthy, happy chemicals, that i'm not getting right now from nature. And I love the way it makes my body look, i'm only human. I love that it lets me be the clown that I am, without people getting offended too, and I love the confidence I get from being able to do a really hard workout. Mostly loving having CT Fletcher yelling at me everyday!!! Nothing worthy is gained quickly!
