Been getting too fat since I left the Navy. Got to get back in shape. I'm currently following the LeanGains.com by Mat Berkhan and am going to be posting my results as they come. I've always hated breakfast and six small meals a day... so here it goes.

There's nothing like hitting the gym and getting into the zone. The pump, the sweat, the dedication... there's nothing more motivating than results!
