A weight fell on me and I had to lift it off...
Been doing it most of my life, but have had breaks due to work, injuries and a few other setbacks. Pretty much like most people. The plan/goal is just to get back to working out and MMA on a regular basis, helping my son train, maybe tracking goals here and discussing routines and chatting. 4 days on weights, 6 days of MMA, bag work and other training is really going to take some time. Need to get my weight back up near 265 lbs, but not shooting for the ultra low bodyfat again. Anything between 10-15% will do.
I rarely eat or sleep at all right now, so it should be interesting making time for 6 meals, 6 hrs sleep, all the workouts, etc! Have to see how it goes. Time and injuries will be my biggest hurdles. Not organized yet but I have gained several pounds this week so far and lost a little bodyfat. Should be smooth and quick up to 245, but then the next 20 lbs will require food and some sleep. If my joints don't come apart I will be good for full MMA training by then ;-)
