I got started into working out through my high school back in 1996. Playing basketball all 4 years, I noticed that my body would start to break down. My coach told me to start lifting weights and you will start lasting longer during your games.He was right. Since then I have been working out to stay in shape for the sport I was playing at the time. Lifting really came in handy when I started to play football in college. Now I'm trying to move over to the bodybuiling side of lifting and become even more healthier and sronger than I've ever been before.
