Years ago I joined Harvey's Gym in another town. When My husband and I joined Harvey asked a bunch of questions, set us up on a workout plan and took us ( somebody who didn't know a thing) around each equipment piece and showed us what to do. that was the beginning. If you don't go for a long time it's just like starting over.
