I didnt want to be the flabby, out of shape tag-along gf at the gym. Didnt want to stay at the left side of the db rack..was time to let go of those 5 pounders. If the men can do it..so can I:) Oh yeah..I wanna keep my milf status. I want to be an inspiration for us "regular" people who dont pay a personal trainer, who cant afford bookoo supps, those who bust their ass the old fashioned way in the gym and go home and eat plain chicken with sweet potatoes. Yeah its nice to see those on this site that are in great shape, but it doesnt mean **** if they are paying for someone else to do the work for them...Im making my own routines, my own diet, and my own success..I OWN THIS!!!
Seriously, there is no greater achievement than to improve yourself day after day-a constant battle-you versus the weights. I love the individualized aspect of weightlifting. I am the ONLY person I can credit with any success I achieve, AND I am the ONLY person I can blame for my setbacks. Having a constant hunger for more, never being complacent. Your lift last week sucked, you can beat it, you can do better, quit looking like a pussy and lift the goddamn weight! I love trying to find the perfect balance of lifting and diet-trying new workouts or tweaking my diet. The challenge of creating a beautiful, muscle laden body.
I dont lift to look good, I lift to make others look bad. Its the competitive spirit..You either "get" bodybuilding or you dont..there is no inbetween. Is it so wrong to get off on lifting heavier than the "boys" in the gym?? Be a man, pick up something ****ing heavy. No matter how bad your day is-you can always pound out the weights and at least forget about your problems while you're at the gym.
