I have loved sports and been involved with athletics my whole life. I was the kid who wanted to be a professional football player growing up. That love for sports transitioned into high school football, baseball and basketball. This eventually led to a scholarship to play college football. I played 4 years of college football and that was probably the peak of my workout and fitness. Throughout the athletics I have always trained with weights, cardio and plyometrics.

I love working out because of the discipline, satisfaction and sense of accomplishment I get from it. Not everyone can maintain a healthy lifestyle and I take great pride in being one of the few that can. And of course having a good beach body doesn't hurt either! :)
