- ending of 2009: I first started working out at home with resistance bands and doing walks on the track. After awhile I noticed that I was losing motivation and missing workouts so I decided to try a personal trainer.
- beginning of 2010: Unfortunately that trainer did not work out so I went off on my own again but this time I joined a gym.
- April 2010: I started with a new trainer despite fear.
RESULTS* things went great till craziness hit my life and I got away from the gym.
- March 2013: Being off and on the past 3 yrs and training alone, I went to yet another trainer.
RESULTS* Many differences caused me to look elsewhere.
- May 2013: I went back to my April 10' trainer and I started to get things back on track :)
RESULTS* 5 months later and gaining so much knowledge, I decided to go off on my own and really concentrate on my goals.
- Jan 2015: Moved to Austin...
