Growing up I wasn't the tallest kid in school and as I started to go through high school its tough being the short kid. Especially playing sports everyone picks on the short ones because its easy. But I was definitely not going to be that kid. I played football, wrestling and lacrosse. All rough competition sports that I love. I wanted the guys who would try and pick on me during sports to instantly regret it. I started out short and chubby. The worst 2 combinations. I wrestled and lost a lot of weight. End of my freshmen year of high school I was skinny. Then going to my senior year is when I started to actually work out hard to make sure I do the best I can do in all the 3 sports I played. All my coaches and friends would push me everyday to get stronger. Go big or go home. As I started seeing results I would get compliments from people about it and it feels great. It brought up my confidence level a lot. It made my senior year even better. After high school I stayed home to a community college. Since all my friends went away to college I had nothing to do. I started going to the gym more and more. After a while I saw dramatic change in my body. I got so many compliments when everyone came back from school. It started to get addicting and now its just part of my daily schedule now. Its a lifestyle that I am so glad I got into. It changed my life and I couldn't be happier. I'm trying to take my fitness career to a whole new level. Follow me on instagram to help me out @fromstevenb
Follow me on instagram @fromstevenb to help out my future fitness career. In high school my sports coaches would always go out of their way to help me out trying to get stronger and better. They got me motivated and at the ideal strength I needed to be able to be better at that sport. Now since that I'm out of high school I always go back to my school and help out the students get stronger as they start their sports career in high school. I push and motivate them. I love to help everyone with their fitness journey as a lot of people helped me get to where I want to be. I used to be that guy going around the gym asking everyone questions on how to do this or that. Now I have people coming up to me and asking me question. I am more then welcome to help anybody out.
