Thousandth times a charm, right? I realize I'm not 20 anymore (I'm more than double that)...I realize I can't eat anything I want and not gain a pound anymore (yet I still love to eat)...I realize I'm not as athletic as I once was anymore (but the brain pretends I can still do it right now as the body breaks down)...I realize it's not just about me anymore (I have a lovely wife I want to grow old with and 2 young boys I want to see grow up and achieve great things)....and I realize I'm not going to live forever (but to make my time here on Earth last as long as possible, I need to begin to transform today). Here's to hoping the thousandth time of saying this...is finally the one that sticks.
Exercise is the fountain of youth...you feel better...you look better...and hopefully you live longer. I'm not trying to be the greatest bodybuilder or male model or most prolific athlete on Earth...but that's the beauty of working out...I can just be the greatest me, and that's enough.
