I realised I needed to do something about myself. The only person stopping me was and will always be myself. I started with running/walking and build my way up to 5 and 10k's. This resulted in a nice bit of weightloss. I then started changing it up with a lot of cycling and exercising racehorses. I then started seeing good results, which motivated me to try to tone up properly. I now try to do HIIT training and bodyweight exercises along with some intense cardio. I do all my exercise at home as I don't have access to a gym but I might treat myself to a gym membership in 2014 to really kickstart things!
Theres nothing like holding yourself accountable for what you achieve. If you cheat yourself, you must push yourself harder; punishment. Nothing better than looking in the mirror and being able to say 'I did that'.
I'm not there yet but I will get there.
