Since I can remember, I have always been an athlete and extremely into fitness. As I got older I started to develop personal goals for myself in life. It started out as running half marathons, to having time goals for half marathons, to Tough Mudder competitions and other adventure races. Next year I want to run my first full marathon, and one day qualify for the Boston Marathon. I want to run the Canadian Death Race solo and compete in The World's Toughest Mudder. I moved to the Canadian Rocky Mountains last year and am an avid mountain hiker now, I have many goals of mountains around the world I want to summit.
I have very weak ankles, and these past two years I have busted my ankles three times. I'm always on and off with my nutrition and fitness between being injured, work and life. At this point in my life I am bigger then I have ever been and am not happy with myself for letting me get this way. I will not stand for it anymore, I WILL achieve my fitness goals I have set for myself. I will need support and motivation along the way and I'm hoping that this website will help me with that.
I love working out because it not only makes me look better, but I feel better and am more confident in myself, happier and healthier.
