I started working out in college when I wanted to make a change with my body and I didn't feel confident. I started of knowing very little about nutrition or exercise. Through the process of dieting and working out, I have gained weight unfortunately but I have also gained a ton of knowledge about strength training and nutrition. I'm ready to use those tools to change my body and reveal the potential I know I have.

I love working out because I love seeing the changes in my body. I love the changes I feel from the inside out. I love feeling and getting stronger and lifting weight I never thought I was capable of moving!
