I had an older brother that worked out when I was like 8 years old. I thought it was cool - I have dabbled in it ever since but started and failed repeatedly with family and career for the last 30 plus years and no regrets on those time choices but I am so ready to focus on this for me now. I do love the rush and feeling of wellness after a good workout!

I am & have always been in awe of the dedication and personal strength of character it takes to be a bodybuilder. Copying is the greatest form of flattery - so I want to be like all the other inspiring transforms I see here on body building.com. i am signed up for the 12 week transformation challenge in 2014 and cant wait !
