I got fed up with how I looked, I gained 15lbs after graduating high school and wasn't working. I started working out and got back down to 180-175lbs that next summer.
Realizing I was almost up to 200lbs scared me since I've always just gained weight. I've been called "big" by my family and got made fun of through out school for my weight and even my height. I got called fat and some guy even said I looked like a giant.
I stared out bad I restricted my food by WAY too much or I just wouldn't eat. I got scared of calories and was over exercising some days too.
I finally got past that and decided I didn't want to just be skinny I wanted to be fit, I wanted muscles and abs. I want to look fit and strong.
I feel strong when I lift. I've stared running also and it has made me feel even better since I used to hate it. Working out has also taught me great things come from hard work and pushing my limits constantly. I've gotten out of my comfort zone which is huge for me as well.
Working out and lifting has made my relationship with my husband even stronger since he helps me come up with my workouts, spots me and pushes me constantly. He's my biggest motivation and support I could ever ask for.
