I was always athletic as a kid. My father and I used to watch body building on tv together. Corey everson , lee haney, rich gaspari etc. I loved it. He bought me my first weight set , still have the bar and mat. I love martial arts and weight training goes hand in hand with it.

I love the fact they we have creative control over the sculpture of our physic. I truelly strive to put my best me out there asap!!!!
